Who I Am
My name is Deja Fowler ADN, RN. I have been dedicated to healthcare since 2019. Working as a STNA/CNA, LPN, and now RN. I graduated from ATA College as an LPN in 2021 and went to Excelsior University to obtain my ADN and currently working towards my BSN. I’ve worked in nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, drug/alcohol rehab, and home health facilities. Providing compassionate and empathetic care is such a strong passion of mine and has driven me to open my own company. I live by nursing’s ethics and morals and want people to have a nurse they know and trust that will provide the same care as a family member would.

We are an Ohio based company based on ethics, morals, family values, compassion, integrity, and empathy! I want to bring the convenience of individualized nursing services to your doorstep, wherever that may be! We offer many services that will promote independence and assist with keeping your loved ones in their homes as long as possible. Our services are geared towards our fragile elderly at this time, but want to expand our services in the future to assist with various age groups.
